BUT I MUST KNOW:
Has anyone given a name to the dude on a bike who knocks Watson down yet?
Because I have decided that he was obviously working for Sherlock.
It’s like in The Adventure of the Dying Detective, a canon story that I both love and hate because Holmes is so horrible to Watson in it. He pretends to be dying, but doesn’t let Watson know it’s all an act to help catch a criminal until the end.
“Can you ask, my dear Watson? Do you imagine that I have no respect for your medical talents? Could I fancy that your astute judgment would pass a dying man who, however weak, had no rise of pulse or temperature? At four yards, I could deceive you.”
Sherlock knows John’s a good doctor. Can’t let John get a chance to have a proper, clear-headed inspection of the body or the whole thing’s ruined.
Hence the conveniently appearing guy on a bike who runs into John as he’s just a few steps from where Sherlock told him to stand.
I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the others on the ground were from Sherlock’s homeless network as well, since they brought that up again in this episode.
But yeah.
Bike guy.
He’s my new favorite, and he needs a name.
Unless you want me to start calling him BMX Bandit all the time. Because I’m warning you now, I’ll do it.
God I had this strange feeling. Like when I saw the bike guy I SWEAR I have seen him before in the series. But I just can’t remember where…….
But yeah, thanks for getting me hooked tumblr. RIght before it ends and now I have to wait like another 3 years for more Sherlock xD
